Not all properties allow events or gatherings beyond registered overnight guests.
Guests must disclose their intended use of the property and obtain any required approvals before booking or organizing an event.

Unauthorized events may result in enforcement of the applicable rental agreement and house rules.
9. Guest Safety and Personal Property
Guests are responsible for exercising reasonable care during their stay, including when using pools, spas, saunas, recreational equipment, and other amenities.
Guests should follow all posted instructions, safety guidelines, and applicable property rules.
Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
